Choose your deal package

One-time, per transaction. Each includes the tech data room, transaction escrow, sealed closing snapshot, and 3-year retention.

2

Do you need the escrow deposit verified?

Integrity checks (hash verification) are included in every package. Higher levels prove the deposit builds — or deploys — before you close on it.

3

Do you need reliance or insured coverage?

Reports ship informational by default. Named parties can formally rely on analyst and expert reports — with liability backed by professional indemnity insurance at the level you choose.

Questions funds ask us

Before your first deal here.

It happens — that’s deals. Any report already delivered is yours to keep, and you choose what happens to the room: retain it under the 3-year term or have it deleted, confirmed in writing. If the deal dies before a report was generated, the report portion of your package credits to your next deal. On fund plans, an unused report simply isn’t consumed.

Yes — and the platform is built to make that easy. The counterparty joins free, guided onboarding typically reaches a scannable room in under a day, and the readiness score shows both sides exactly what’s missing. If a seller only uploads files instead of connecting sources, we scan what’s in the room and the report states its coverage honestly — you’ll see exactly what wasn’t examined.

The existence of the deal is itself confidential. Access is role-scoped per party and per deal stage, every view and download lands in an audit trail both sides can see, and all analysis runs in our private environment in the deal’s region — nothing is sent to AI vendors or used for training. DPAs and the security review pack are available before you commit.

Neutrality is the product. Codekeeper has spent a decade as the trusted third party between software counterparties; the report doesn’t advocate — every claim links to evidence, sellers respond in-thread on the record, and both sides read the same document. Nobody pays us for a favorable opinion; both sides pay us for an accurate one.

Reports ship informational by default. On analyst and expert tiers, named parties can obtain reliance letters (liability cap 3× fees), and insured coverage upgrades raise that to €1M or €5M caps backed by professional indemnity insurance. That’s a published upgrade path, not a negotiation.

It’s 72 hours from the moment the room reaches scannable state — not from purchase. A typical seller gets there in under a day with guided onboarding, so purchase-to-report is usually 3–4 days. Analyst verification adds about a week; the report regenerates against the live room at any point up to closing.

A fund plan: Fund 5 at €24,000/yr or Fund 15 at €59,000/yr, with automated reports included, 20% off tier upgrades, and member rates on deal packages. That puts a standardized, IC-ready DD file on every deal for less than one traditional consultancy engagement.

The interactive report and PDF follow one template family, so your IC compares targets like for like. Everything exports — findings register, SBOM, evidence links — and enterprise fund plans include a co-designed IC report template mapped to your memo format.

What's fixed, and what's estimated

Package prices, add-ons, and fund plans are fixed and published — what you see here is what checkout charges.

Included volume is fair-use per package: Essentials 25 repositories / 750K lines of code, Professional 75 / 2.5M, Complete 200 / 10M. Larger estates add volume blocks, or talk to us for a custom package.

Insured coverage pricing is indicative pending professional-indemnity insurance placement — confirmed pricing is published before checkout offers it.

Reliance letters carry a liability cap of 3× fees and are available on analyst and expert tiers. Report upgrades after purchase credit the tier already paid.

Report delivery times (72 hours / ~1 week / ~2 weeks) are targets from the moment the room reaches scannable state, not from purchase.

Deal packages cover the transaction for up to 24 months. Continuous escrow protection converts the transaction escrow into a standing Codekeeper escrow subscription at closing — billed from closing, first year −20%, cancel anytime.
